The brief is to reduce the cost and complexity of the HR estate by consolidating the current 5 systems to 1 and simplify and standardize HR processes

Create a strategy for HR (including processes, Technology, Data and People)
Assess the current HR landscape and decide on new to be landscape
Procure systems and services to support new landscape

Implemented a new, single version of HR processes across De Beers
