Challenge
Working with a small PE backed software development organisation in the UK providing support to the CEO.
PE firm had set a number of growth targets that were becoming difficult to meet and therefore creating challenges for the business being able to scale and grow
Approach
Working with the CEO and leadership team we undertook a review of the business to identify growth areas and create a realistic growth pan focused on identifying where value can be released
We went on to produce:
A clear view of the current challenges of the business based on feedback from a diagnostic tool, interviews and workshops with key stakeholders across the business and customers
Identified a number of areas that required attention including creating a new go to market, creating partnerships with other similar businesses and utilizing the experience of the business as an additional way to build credibility and ultimately more sales
Re-focusing the business on delivering client outcomes not just providing a service.
Outcome
The customer has a clearer growth plan with increased sales and a PE investor that can now see where the growth and value in the business will be delivered
